What does this mean?

It means you get the dress you ordered from our website within 6 weeks from the date of payment or it is free. If you do not get your dress, we will refund you the full amount of your dress including any shipping and handling costs you paid. This way, you get peace of mind, and one less thing to worry about…

BUT, what if my dress is not up to the quality, standard or make that it looked in the picture?

We won’t let you down, but just to prove we really mean business and we are 110% confidence in what we can deliver to you, we will give you a full refund or a full replacement of the dress of your choice if when the dress you ordered arrives and you are not happy with the quality, make or standard of the dress.

For whatever reason, you are not happy with the dress you have ordered, simply send  us an email with a photo of the dress and what you feel is wrong with it and you will have the option of either getting a new replacement dress or a full refund including all shipping and handling cost you have paid. So there is no out of pocket expense for you for giving us a try.
